Shipping policy

Every Velmaire order is carefully checked, folded and packed before it leaves us. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. International delivery is coming soon.

Delivery times and costs

Processing: orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Delivery: 4 to 7 working days after dispatch.
Cost: free standard UK delivery on all orders.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and busy periods such as sales and the run-up to Christmas can add a few days.

Tracking your order

When your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking link. You can also follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page using your order number and email address.

Orders with several items

We aim to send all items in an order together in one parcel. Occasionally, items may arrive separately; if so, each parcel will have its own tracking link.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away at support@velmaireofficial.com and we will do our best to update it before dispatch. We cannot change the address once a parcel has been sent.

Late or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within 12 working days of placing it, or the tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us with your order number. We will look into it with the courier and, if your parcel is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
