Refund policy

We want you to love every Velmaire piece. If something isn't right, you can return it. This policy applies to orders delivered in the United Kingdom and does not affect your statutory rights.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To do this, email us at support@velmaireofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

Condition of returns

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original labels and swing tags attached and in their original packaging. If an item has been handled more than is necessary to check its nature, fit and quality, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

How to return an item

Email support@velmaireofficial.com with your order number. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
We will reply with your return address and instructions.
Pack the item(s) securely and send them using a tracked postal service. Please keep your proof of postage.

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, or you provide proof that you have sent it, we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Your refund will include the standard delivery charge you paid, if any. Please allow a few working days for your bank to process it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
