Orders and delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and arrive 4 to 7 working days later. UK delivery is free on every order.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. You can also visit our Track your order page.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. International delivery is coming soon.
Sizing and fit
What size should I choose?
Velmaire sizes are standard UK sizes. Each product page gives a fit note. If you're between two sizes, we recommend the larger for a more relaxed fit.
Can I get help choosing a size?
Of course. Send us your height, weight and usual size by chat or email and we'll recommend one.
Returns and refunds
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Email us first and we'll send you the return details. Items should be unworn with their tags attached. Read our full Returns and Refund Policy.
When will I get my refund?
Within 14 days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method.
What if my item is faulty?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
Caring for your pieces
How should I wash knitwear?
Hand wash cold or dry clean, and dry flat away from direct heat. Fold knitwear rather than hanging it, so it keeps its shape. Always follow the care label inside the garment.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All payments are processed securely.
